Shipping and handling flat rates for smaller orders using first class or USPS Flat rate:
from $1 to $9.99 = $3.95
from $10 to $49.99 = $6.95
from $50 to $99.99 = $9.95
from $100 to $200 = $16.95

We fill orders promptly and deliver directly to post office. Shipping & Handling--first class or priority in USA-- for all above orders, one flat rate, $6.95. For larger orders, call us; priority, UPS or FedEx rates added to your school or department purchase order with $3.00 handling charge per package. We accept Visa, MC, DIS through PayPal. See our Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy below.
OUR REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You may return any or all items sold by Dees Multilingual Services within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange used or damaged items. See Items we cannot accept return of below for more details.
Problem with an Order? If something is wrong with an order that we are filling, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.
Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet been shipping process? Contact us right away (contact information is below) and we will cancel or change your order if it has not yet been shipped.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? If the item has a damaged or is unusable, please indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? Please indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. Also, please indicate whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.
Are you missing an item? Check the invoice that was included with your shipment. Contact us and we will fill your order quickly and efficiently with the missing items.
Want to know where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, contact us for estimated delivery dates, and even shipment tracking numbers when available.
Need further assistance? Please include as much information as possible, such as the nature of the defect or damage or the name of any missing items.
Items we cannot accept return of We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Any books that has obvious signs of use.
* Any CDs or cassette tapes that show signs of use and have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
* Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
